01جهة التحكم ونطاق السياسة

ألفا عشرون (جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية) هي الجهة المسؤولة عن البيانات الشخصية اللي تُجمع عبر هذا الموقع. وتسري هذه السياسة على استخدامك للموقع وتواصلك معنا عن طريقه.

02البيانات اللي نجمعها

• بيانات تقدّمها بنفسك في نموذج التواصل: الاسم، والبريد الإلكتروني، ورقم الجوال، والخدمة المطلوبة، واسم الشركة (اختياري)، ونص الرسالة.
• بيانات تقنية محدودة يجمعها مزوّد الاستضافة تلقائيًا، مثل عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح ووقت الزيارة، لتشغيل الموقع وحمايته.

ما نجمع بيانات دفع أو بيانات حساسة عبر الموقع.

03الغرض من جمع البيانات

نستخدم بياناتك للرد على طلبك، وتجهيز عروض الأسعار، وتقديم الخدمات المتفق عليها، وتحسين الموقع وحمايته، والالتزام بالأنظمة. ونعالجها بناءً على موافقتك عند إرسال النموذج، أو لأنها لازمة لتنفيذ طلبك أو تعاقدنا معك، أو لالتزام نظامي. وما نستخدمها للتسويق إلا بموافقتك.

04مشاركة البيانات ونقلها

ما نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجّرها. نشاركها بالقدر اللازم فقط مع مزوّدي الخدمات اللي نستعين فيهم (مثل الاستضافة وخدمات Google وواتساب)، أو مع الجهات الرسمية عند طلبها نظامًا. وقد يعالج بعض المزوّدين البيانات على خوادم خارج المملكة، ونحرص أن يتم ذلك وفق الضوابط النظامية وبحماية مناسبة.

05الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحمايتها

نحتفظ بالبيانات للمدة اللازمة لتحقيق الغرض منها أو المدة اللي تفرضها الأنظمة، ثم نتلفها. ونطبّق إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية مناسبة لحمايتها، منها الاتصال المشفّر (HTTPS) وحصر الوصول على المخوّلين.

06حقوقك

يحق لك وفق النظام: العلم بكيفية معالجة بياناتك، والوصول إليها والحصول على نسخة منها، وتصحيحها، وطلب إتلافها متى انتفت الحاجة إليها، والرجوع عن موافقتك في أي وقت. ولطلب أي منها تواصل معنا، ولك تقديم شكوى للجهة المختصة.

07ملفات الارتباط والروابط الخارجية

ما نستخدم ملفات ارتباط للتتبع أو الإعلانات، وقد يحفظ الموقع إعدادات بسيطة مثل اللغة المختارة. والموقع يحتوي روابط لخدمات خارجية (مثل قوقل ماب وواتساب ومنصات التواصل) لها سياساتها الخاصة.
